Sunfield Bakery Packaging Design
Sunfield are makers of fine quality baked goods, with biscuits, cakes and muffins available throughout NSW supermarkets. Toast was approached to rebrand Sunfield and create packaging to freshen up the brand.
We created a Branding style that could apply to a large variety of packages. It is simplistic, bold and memorable.
Dairy Packaging Design
With products already on shelf in close to 200 independent stores throughout Australia, our client approached us to ReBrand & Repackage their range of dairy products.
Toast needed to help Grandpa's dairy break into a new non-lebanese market and get across that these products were great quality as well as cheap. Our aim was to attract the attention of new customers and for people to be able to recognise it simply by colour. The main colour made it very easy for customers to say to thier friends "try the purple one".
The design fused elements of both the traditional (family business, tradition and history of lebanese yoghurt/cheese) and the modern with a vibrant aesthetic. The product range was very strong and was easily adapted to a range of items including bottles, tubs, fridges, trucks and other livery.
Olivanica Packaging Design
Olivanica is a family owned & operated company that have been producing small runs of exceptionally fine quality olive oil for a few years with great success. Toast was approached to create an identity and packaging design to reflect the outstanding quality and purity of the oil.
The Packaging created accentuated the traits of the products - the purity, quality and elegance are instantly clear and this made Olivanica stand out from its competitors.
Elegance and sophistication is evident through the use of a single "ink" colour - a copper foil. A custom typeface was created for the logotype reflecting the purity of the oil by using letterforms based on perfect circles and straight lines without any unnecessary elements.
Before delivery each bottle is adorned with a unique hand written tag denoting its year of production - another reminder of its exclusivity and quality.
Hadley's Morning Roast FMCG Design
Ray Hadley is a coffee lover who approached Toast to brand and package his first venture into the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) market. The packaging design brief was for something that simply said "coffee".
We developed the “Hadley’s” logotype and created a stamp of approval featuring Ray Hadley’s face, leveraging his celebrity status to build a trust with consumers who understand that Ray Hadley would not endorse a product with his name and identity unless he believed it was of the best quality.
The range includes Premium Organic and Espresso Cream beans in a variety of sizes.
Kids Punnet Inserts
These Kids Punnet Inserts targeted young green thumbs to get into the garden yet we needed to not only attract kids but also parents.
After extensive research on this young demographic we distilled our key objectives into a clear plan. The end result is these vivid, character-based packaging designs.
